On Tuesday the Catering and Hotel Management students and their tutor John went to the Springs International Hotel to see how a professional hotel institution looks like. John did a excellent and detailed tour ranged from the reception over the different kinds of rooms and the quality kitchen up to the swimming pool with an amazing view. Especially the new students were introduced nicely and had a first impression of working in a hotel, but also the experienced students enjoyed the tour. Afterwards we went to the Kiwa Hot Springs near the Springs International and looked at the environment of a place where the people can relax in hot water.
