During his studies at the University in Osnabrück, Godfrey offered voluntary service to the International students office and Caritas osnabrück and supported the development of student initiatives key among them being the friend Family Programme and Kaffeepartnerschaft an initiative between the international students and the elderly.

The students and the staff see in Godfrey a person who is always motivated to achieve the set goals and deliver results when they are needed. He chose responsibility over money when he chose to his job with the German foundation. He is motivated by his dream of improving living conditions and future perspectives of young people in the area by providing quality, education and  is eager to work hard to make his dream a reality: as Roosevelt put it, “the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams”, indeed if you dream something then you will have it. So if you dream you work towards this dream.
