Catering and Hotel Management

The HIC programme (Short courses, certificate and Diploma courses) offer participants an interdisciplinary learning situation with which the entire hospitality industry is analyzed and inform appropriate responses by the hospitality industry.
The training approach is firmly based upon practical skills development relying on the use of practical tools. The HIC short courses are mostly non formal especially in the field of baking, cookery, knitting and computer application skills.
Under this programme we offer other related activities such as outside catering and regular internships. Both activities act as a practical tool and on small scale as income generating for both the institution and the students.
